Jakhmola will be responsible for driving synergies and growth of the auto component businesses of the group, industry sources said.
Before joining JBM, Jakhmola worked as senior vice president and domain head - Body, Emission & Trim Domain, at the auto lighting company Lumax.
In Lumax Jakhmola was heading four different businesses (non-lighting) and companies of Lumax, including Lumax Mannoh, which became the market leader in gear shifter system in India during his tenure.He was also on the board of three companies of the Lumax Group and had the privilege to work on creating two joint-venture companies as the lead.
